Every order starts with a personalized quote based on the products, designs, and quantities you want. Once you approve your quote and complete payment, we send you a mockup to approve before production begins.

Production takes 15 days once your mockup is approved and payment is received, before shipping begins.

Yes! All our collections are fully customizable to match your event.

Payment is made via bank transfer to our Mexican account, or through ACH via DolarApp. If you're sending money from abroad, you can use our Mexican bank details through Wise. Full payment is required to start production.

Once your mockup is approved and production has started, orders can't be cancelled or refunded, since every item is made specifically for you. Refunds only apply if there's an error or defect on our end — check our Delivery & Refund Policy for details.

We deliver directly to venues in Tulum & Riviera Maya, and ship nationally within Mexico and to the US.

We do our best to show accurate colors, but slight variations can happen once printed — our pieces are hand screen-printed, so small variations are part of the handmade process.

Yes, all pieces include a Sunset Kiss Club label. If you'd prefer your order without it, just let us know.
