Ordering Process
Every quote is personalized and based on the products, designs, and quantities requested. Prices vary depending on the quantity ordered.
The quote serves as the contract between Sunset Kiss Club and the customer. Once a quote is approved and payment is received, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Quoted prices include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately and will be clearly identified in your quote.
Quotes are valid for 15 days. After this period, prices may change and a new quote may be required.
Payment
Payment can be made via bank transfer to a local Mexican account. If you are transferring from outside Mexico, you can use our Mexican bank details through Wise or a standard wire transfer. ACH transfers are also accepted through our DolarApp account. Full payment (100%) is required before production begins. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued, except as outlined in our Delivery & Refund Policy.
Product & Printing Disclaimer
Product photos aim to be as accurate as possible, but actual colors may vary slightly once printed, due to screen display differences and the nature of our production process.
Our products are made using artisanal, handmade screen-printing techniques. As with any handmade process, minor imperfections or variations may occur between pieces.
Branding & Labeling
All products include a label with the Sunset Kiss Club branding. If you'd prefer your order without the label, please let us know when placing your order.
Photo Usage
By placing an order, you agree that Sunset Kiss Club may use photos of the products created for you for marketing purposes, including social media and our website. If you'd prefer your order not to be featured, please let us know when placing your order.
Intellectual Property
All designs, collection names, and branding created by Sunset Kiss Club remain the intellectual property of Sunset Kiss Club. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs outside of their approved order.
Force Majeure
Sunset Kiss Club is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, supplier delays, or customs issues.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
