We use this information only to prepare your quote, produce your order, and communicate with you about your purchase and delivery. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing with third parties

Your information may be shared with shipping carriers (for delivery purposes) and our production partners (only the details necessary to produce your order, such as names or dates for personalization). We do not share your information beyond what is required to fulfill your order.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and for our business records (for example, accounting purposes). If you'd like us to delete your information, you can contact us at any time.

Once a mockup has been approved and production has begun, no refunds will be issued, as all items are custom-made and personalized.

Refunds may only apply in the following cases:

The order was made incorrectly due to an error on Sunset Kiss Club's side (different from the details approved in the mockup)
The order arrives defective, due to a manufacturing issue and not related to shipping

In these cases, the refund amount will be assessed based on the extent of the damage or error. Sunset Kiss Club will take responsibility proportional to the issue and make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution.
